Thank you for considering providing foster care for impounded animals.  This is the initial application and asks
questions that may seem personal. 

To avoid wasting any of your time, the basic criteria for fostering are as follows:

1. Someone must live on property where the animal(s) will reside
2. Must have adequate shelter and safe fencing in good repair
3. The property must have adequate space for the species
4. The property must be inspected by a representative of HAROTC before placement
